Have to laugh (not really) about the bonus that TB gets if he sells materially all of the assets at above 133% of BV. FFS that is your job and considering that are held at COST (and then impaired) after you spend $Millions developing them (successfully of course) you think you should get a bonus.
Here's an idea for getting a bonus through hard yakka
Forego AUD$400,000 (of your US$400K salary plus bonus) and take 100,000,000 shares in lieu. That way when you deliver upon said promises in FB the shares will easily double and you have a 100% bonus. Its call risk / reward!
