There is not much day to day liquidity and the difference between the highest buy price and the lowest sell price is so large. Someone sold at market price tanking the stock almost 10%. Annoying but it can also rise 10% if anyone buys at market price. Buy if you want to move in or out, it's best to wait for a liquidity event where there is a large volume of trades to not have your trade cause major price changes.
