Sorry, but the facts do not agree with your posts. For instance, LNR has more than 30,000 net at the CRUDE OIL window of the Eagle Ford.
SEA also trades at $46/boe of Proved Reserves (it has just 14.7 MMboe), while LNR trades at only $23/boe of Proved Reserves (it has 25.8 MMboe). The valuation gap is tremendous.
Please bear also in mind that LNR's Proved Reserves (87% light oil) are way more oily than SEA's Proved reserves (64% light oil).
