A couple of things here.
SEA had 4.5 net producing wells, but there were actually 42 gross producing wells as at 30 June, 2012 (they only own a small working interest). I believe current reserves for this project would be twice what they were last year.
Recent average EUR's have been above 1.0 Million BOE, ~85% oil. This is why QEP paid so much.
The Bakken acreage that SEA sold, was producing incredible results in both the Bakken and 3 Forks formations (i.e. twice the number of wells than what the well spacings were implying) and is much more proven than the Mississippian.
AOK's time will come, but it's still fairly days yet.
