With the strong AUD it is it will be a tougher investment decision for an offshore investor. Palmer needs to pull a rabbit out of his rather large hat soonish.
If the feasability study was done in 2008 why suddenly mention updating the costs now - shouldn't their advisors have been onto that months ago???
