ARH was locked into an agreement with Shougang for a couple of years so they were not able to talk with other potential companies.
I believe Shougang wanted a sign up however ARH thought they were not getting the best deal possible, with Shougang wanting too big a slice of the pie, so they let them walk away.
It was only once the Shougang deal expired that ARH were able to seek out new partners.
Why would Clive throw ARH the lifeline of additional funds if it was better for him to let ARH expire, with no money left, and let Mineralogy pick up the lease.
He would not keep throwing the money to them if there was no chance of them going forward with their own development. He is smarter than that.
Isn't Magnetite once processed a more pure product that is more environmentally friendly for the Steel makers to process ! Yes i know , more expensive for our processing side.
