The Anchor team clearly have the right to review the Scoping study drafts and comment. This study is a company turning point document and as mentioned is the INDEPENDENT JUSTIFICATION for the APPROPIATE takeover offer DECISION and company direction.

Timing is everything.
I think the reply to tender is due Mid Feb, and AHR has appointed professional advisers help the Board.
