I don't believe what I believe because of others saying I should believe it.
Kam mate, I have read and searched enough about your faith to know full well, to quite a degree, YOU are and have been indoctrinated from others within you faith.
The Word of God will never pass away wotsup. I never ever said that It will.
You indirectly say it, or you might say it by implication as many Bible references I give you, you ignore or would need to, to enable your prophet to fit in.
I also never said that truth is a numbers game.
Like it or not, again it is by the words, implication of what you say --> You have often claimed, well this lot, huge numbers etc say this and that and yet the one of Wotsup says, such and such, and you are doing that again with your sarcastic suggestions, implications in this very post --> while all the other billions of people, some of which have studied comparative religion for their entire lives at university level,
Be truthful, we know what your really saying here.
And yes, naturally I understand why and how those thoughts can and will come to mind.
However, what you keep ignoring is --> from history or at least right back to not long after Jesus and even while he was here, the key basic and necessary truths got abandoned and you should know this to be truth as you acknowledge this disunity from way back.
Now just from some very basics in the Bible, Now One Spirit of truth due to the events and after Jesus, there is no way if the faiths were on track with these key basic truths, first milk, should we have this disunity = Not possible unless you are prepared to say God and Jesus are failures.
Therefore, we need to look to the Bible for the answers, reasons for this as sure enough, they will be there.
When one does this, without set seeds, switch them off, the answers, believe it or not, become loud and clear as a common thread appears.
And when you see this, like Jesus effectively says, no question about it, you will know the truth when you find it.
The biggest shock that arrives is, how in God's name so to speak, can we have all these said experts, that for years and years as you say, study etc, get it wrong.
So naturally you start to question it yourself, approach the subject again from many different angles only to find, further confirmation of what you first found.
So this return Jesus as you put it, is in no way supported in the Bible and neither was there a requirement.
The only thing needed was, serious people that would not just swallow mans tradition, teachings, take the right approach as per how the Bible tells you to do it and no doubt for one minute, that this truth will come, otherwise, do Not even bother searching it.
Had you not said you did some serious reading of the Bible, I probably wouldn't have bothered challenging you, questioning you as I have done.
Much of what your faith does with the key verses in the Bible, the ones that would rule out your prophet, is clearly not of God and many of these I have addressed with you, only to receive no credible Bible counters.
You are similar to the Jew denying Jesus.
LOL, out of context here chum.
It is you lot that based on the Bible and no question about it, that have created another Jesus.
As I said and showed other wise from the Bible, you think Jesus and your prophet are The Word, which from the Bible truth, you are confusing Jesus, your prophet with The Almighty God and Father.
Jesus in this regard is effectively saying, you neither know him or God and in this regard, (Jesus speaking the word he was commanded to say) according to Jesus, is a huge problem;
John 17:3 - This now is the eternal life, that they should know You, the Only True God, and whom you have sent (Baptism timing), Jesus Christ.
Notice the "now" in there mate, Jesus the beginning and the ending, not your prophet, Jesus's words,..... it is finished, buck stops with him, so to speak.
In the mind and plans of God, Jesus was the beginning of the creation of God (The plan), Rev 3:14 and in the mind and plans of God, Jesus was the firstborn of creation, God's inner logos as per Titus 1:2 and John 1:2 - The same, this, is was in the beginning with God, the hidden mystery, life within God John 1:4. The word of life within him and part of him, God 1 John 1:1.
