A lot of people learn about the principles embodied by the Bahai Faith by engaging with Bahá'ís who talk about its principles and how it applies to modern day society, without labelling themselves as Bahai.
Most Bahá'ís build relationships with others on a human level first, and engage in conversations related to community building. The conversation might never use the term Bahai at all.
