I have a close friend who has good contacts in CMA and i've heard nothing about JH, last thing that was mentioned to me about that was it would be some time before any outcome was reached so I wouldnt hold much hope there

my concern remains around whether CMA can get tons, I keep hearing about dealers going down which makes me think it is still extremely tough out there...
