The top 20 shareholders hold 77% of cmv,s shares and most paid a higher price than what the shares are at.The more Scholz buy off the market the higher the price will go ie supply and demand. If any one of the players wanted to take over this company it would be pretty hard to accumulate enough stock as this has been a tightly held stock over the last 2 years. This company will be an asx 300 listed company within 2 years and then there will be big demand for it.There cash flow was a bit low and they had no european connection.Top move by management to kill 2 birds with one stone.Remember we produce zinc now which is a cash generator even at $1100 US a ton.We should be producing around 2000 tons/annum and that is a buy- product, meltstock of 118000 tons is actually what we are after as there are no inpurities eg paint etc to burn off in an electric furnace thereby saving on power usage and coal etc.Scholz and any other major share holder have to disclose there dealings in this share, even if they buy 100 and it must be within 5 days of trading so don,t speculate as to who is buying.WATCH the notices.
