since the taking of MVT shares was considered to be "Not Fair and Not reasonable" due to getting them at NTA when you can buy them below NTA on market, one would conclude that the only real option is to take the cash.
which begs the question as to why they wasted 500k on this farce when they should have just paid out NTA and saved time.
