Received another green proxy form in the mail today, saying to use this in place of the one in the pack. Looks like they picked it up themselves; it corrected the issue.

As for these institutional investors, another notice today! I don't see that it would be option 3 as why not just buy AGL if they believe it will grow? The amounts being done don't suggest enough value for arbitrage now (unlike when they were getting them for 13-14c).
