you are absolutely correct.

MOS have "stuffed-up".

as you correctly point out, there is no provision on the Green Proxy Form for s/h to vote on the Scheme.

as the Proxy form released to the ASX seems to be the correct one, then MOS have mailed out the wrong one to s/h.

very poor form!

may I suggest you contact Sally Highducheck at MOS ?
I am doing the same, but we need to get as many s/h to voice their concern, and let them know we are unhappy.
