i think it will be very interesting ... i guess a few holders will be fed up with the whole saga and sell the prefs... if you are confident in it eventually proceeding, even at current offer, there is a good chance the prefs may drop to 1.05 ( v 1.25 offer) when the halt is lifted.good opportunity. good luck.
