I think it would be advisable to read the announcement carefully, take into consideration the reputation of these guys, look at how their mates converted shares yesterday to make a ridiculous profit and then even if all that they say will happen somehow does happen where does that actually leave you...
This deal could easily fall over with so many get out clauses.... of course that could be after a heap more of those notes are converted for easy profit.
