This type of move is probably a reflection of current mayhem in the scrap market......
Containers of scrap metals are being stuck in many ports in Asia as clients walk away from many orders due to rapid of falling prices. The small trading companies are finding it difficult to get Letter of Credits or finance as banks are withdrawing line of credits.
As thus, I am having a great reservation with CMV cash flow as they have relative small cash....just hoping that they can find banker with a great believe in CMV long term prospects.....
Another ray of hope.....CMV directors (major holders) are believed to have deep pockets, perhaps some sort of capital injection injection perhaps if ever require????
Come on Mr Rowe...., give us some sort of clarification on the current status of the company.
I believe Sim has stop buying scraps in Aust due to rapid price dropping. Hopefully, all will be clarify in 3-6 mths time
