I may be wrong but I can't see anything from the ASX that says that retail traders are excluded from this new order type, it just looks like retail brokers have currently decided not to offer this service to their clients.

Personally I think Centre Point Orders and the better prices that may come from it are a great idea, and I will be hassling my broker today as to why they havent offered this service to me.

All IMO, happy to be corrected if I am wrong and the ASX has intentially excluded retail.
