Mon-I am no expert in this or any field.The two critiical questions for me are:
1.How will this increase the share price of SBN
2.A ground floor opportunity in OMI could offset losses in SBN

This opportunity has all the usual suspects.SBN is a client of Greenday Corporate[management have invested in SBN]Pattersons,common SBN management and past backers of OMI.SBN appears to becoming an investment company and has spent a lot of time finding this particular opportunity. The question is do you want to invest in another biotech and what are the chances of success.The major shareholders in SBN have not invested to loose money.Every thing Terry Cuthbertson touches seems to be doing well lately.More research is required but I am more confident of recovering SBN losses than I have been for a long time.Greenday would have identified this oppotnity and must think it has a good chance of success.It is not that long ago that I thought SBN was going into adminisration and that all was lost.I welcome all other input on this development.
