I've made various posts over on the IRM thread about Zohar. This guy oozes shadiness.
IRM shareholders have been given no information as to why a takeover bid of TMX is on the table.
Surely, the shareholders have a right to know why this is occurring...especially as it's our money he's spending.
My opinion -
1. Zohar had full access to the books of TMX and has seen that they're in trouble and is now going to pounce on the company for a fraction of it's worth.
2. After resigning (or was he fired from TMX?), he has put in this takeover bid to boost the SP of TMX to make back on any losses he may have incurred...38% increase yesterday wasn't it? Wouldn't be surprised if the bid simply disappears.
I'm an IRM holder with full plans to get out of the stock as soon as the SP hits 15cents.
Personally, I just don't trust the setup at IRM in terms of management and the linkage between failed or investigated companies that Zohar has or had his hand in. IRM was going very strong until the other two Directors were fired (with no reason), and Zohar decided to employ half his family and other shady associates.
