SBM buys more CYL, page-4

I wish more companies use this method. Sometimes during capital raising you don't know if you're the only one participate or many holders are interested.

Three suggestions to them to improve their service:

1) Should limit amount one can subscribe; everyone get some shares and based on first come best dressed.

I want to subscribe more in early Aug thinking CYL still got $750K (in late July) to go while waiting for my term deposits to mature, but SBM took the big stake (wasn't anticipating something like this).

2) Every day, CYL should announce on ASX how many shares left to subscribe.

When I first looked this stock on ASX, I didn't realise there is an ongoing subscription available until I created an account with Raisemetrix.

3) Raisemetrix can probably talk to ASX to create another code for new subscribed shares (eg CYLN).

For example to raise $1.5m at 50c. Raisemetrix can create CYLN sell order "3 million shares at 50c". Once finished selling (ie raising $1.5m) CYLN than CYLN gets converted to CYL shares (similar to exercise options). When you buy CYLN online, computer should come up asking you to read and agree prospectus before buy order will go through.

But ASX will need to allow brokerage free to buy CYLN online. You can streamline entire process at cheaper cost rather creating BPay and forms.

Anyway, IMHO it is unlikely SBM will ever sell their holding in CYL. IMHO SBM will eventually buy CYL.
