If Mejority is not interested in SBB, probably we need to contact Noel Kagi of Redbrook as his current holding is about ~20% of SBB.
If Noel is in SBB board, he would keep his eyes on CEO closely due to his valuable 20% of SBB holding.
It is much better than having the current puppet directors.
