The options are in the money @ 2.5c, so they're currently worthless. The AMNL Fund stands for AMNL- that's why it would have been set up- to assist in the recapitalisation. This is just another form of it.

As for the share price yes, it is still @ .002 (as I said in a previous post, it would move between .002 and .003 for some time, with a few weeks to go before the due date. The depth has changed, though (when I bought, you could just buy off the .002 sale pile- that no longer exists). Little by little, market depth looks better:

It was always going to be too much to ask to have workers wait until the capital raising was completed. Now they get paid. Due diligence was done, and the loan ok'ed. Another step, imo.
