I believe there is a huge commitment from certain governments already. China for example building a few.
The rest is the world starting to wake up. Climate change is the leading charge of nuclear energy.
Honestly it's a waiting game, if memory serves me right, in 2023 nuclear fuel demand is expected to out weigh production.
So we should see some announcements from the big players in regards to supply contracts this year or early next. Toro has a nice tidy pile of uranium, someone will want it.
