Unless there is an announcement today, I'm guessing that the General Meeting will go ahead as planned, based on the following:

- Even though there has been plenty of time to do so since the recent changes, the GM has not been cancelled or postponed to date.

- The recent changes to the board seem to be a win for the 2nd group of requisitioning shareholders with all three of their preferred nominees on the current board (Currie, Lurie, Mutton).

- Similarly, the withdrawal of senior management resignations seems to be a win for 1st group of requisitioning shareholders (Mann-Delaney-Fraser team). However the 1st group only has one of their preferred nominees on the current board (Mann).

Unless there is a postponement of the GM, I'm also guessing that the saveoptiscan.com website will not return.
