    What I don't get is that if all of this has already been settled? as some allude to, then why don't they just cancel the EGM and save people time and money?
    I presume some would have booked flights to attend this meeting, what is the point if the numbers are already in, and why would they even bother updating the save Optiscan website if the show is already over ?
