I for one definitely want Ian Mann on the board as I feel he has integrity and has tried to represent the best interests of shareholders and employees. I suspect the desire for him to leave is from the feeling he sided with senior management to oust the board. I don't think that Jeremy Baldock's interest in OIL would ever have been altruistic, but I think the needs to be checks to make sure he doesn't have a free hand to make his money at the expense of the company and other shareholders
