Archie's rebel league, Delaney, Mann & co. Have everything to lose. Everything. They are optiscan and they hold a huge amount of shares.

Hoffman, Francis and incumbents hold a comparatively tiny amount and appear to by holding on to keep their jobs.

I know there is more to the story, but as holders where would you place your bet with some of the largest shareholders and company founders. or with a board with very little experience at the company ( 2 or so years at optiscan) and very little money invested (comparatively to challengers).

i really dont get why there is so much staunch resistance by a few posters on this. makes me think some of these posters might be connected to incumbents.
