1. Why did Archie Fraser resign as Chief Executive Officer? Is the market currently fully informed?

Do you have replacements lined up for the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Research & Development Manager, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager, General Manager Pre-Clinical Research and Chief Accountant? If so, how soon can they come on board and how many collective years of experience do they have in confocal laser endomicroscopy?
   
   
3. When did the five most important remaining executives of the Optiscan team resign? How long was it between these executives resigning and the company making an announcement to the market? When you did finally make the announcement, why did you not make it clear who these individuals were and what their roles were rather than just refer to the resignations of four of the five as one employee and three contractors?
