IMO it would be easier to replace some of the directors than the technical management and engineering team at such short notice, en mass. While replacements might be found, its likely it would take maybe 12 months or more to train them to become familiar with the product.
It might well be though that CZs engineers who are incorporating it into their surgical robot have sufficiently good technical information and manuals to be able to maintain it using their own skills.
