Hi S/H,

Just a quick email to say keep the support coming, as the past two days has seen a flood on new interest from both "major" and "minority" S/H to vote NO to this deal.

Clearly S/H posts on HC reflect their disapproval on the proposed deal, as well as the way that management has handled the commication of events in the lead up.

You know when a S/H that holds just a few thousand shares takes the time to send a full page email as to why they are voting NO, that the board has is on its last legs!
