Agree! are we doing a due dillgence this time to verify the Zeta value? or are we going to forget again this time like when we aquired the UK assets?
I find it amusing that KEY is taking over Zeta and not the other way around. Well done Ken good to see our useless CEO looking after our interest.
Why not Zeta taking over KEY for $30million.....we are the ones listed we are the ones with NO debt.
Shareholders will be voting NO for this for sure as KEY doesn't need Zeta just needs to get rid of incomptent board.
