You are right that Aminex S/H would think he is a great CEO especially after their company took him to the cleaners with the sale of our Tz assets, lol. As for Zeta, they probably cannot believe the deal they been presented with, smiles everywhere i expect.

I hear what you are saying but a CEO is the face and voice of a company and the buck stops there. There are a few of us who have held KEY right from the very early days so we can fully appreciate the journey of KEY.

Why do you think our CEO is willing to step aside for this deal?.
