But everything aside, do you deep down think that
(E) upgrading all existing buildings in the United States and building new buildings to achieve maximum energy efficiency, water efficiency, safety, affordability, comfort, and durability, including through electrification;
is a realistic goal to pursue in America or anywhere in the world for that matter, for completion in 12 years time?

Concentrate on that and not on a typo that does not distort the intended meaning.
Any idiot would understand that.
