why doesn't Satimola make a public announcement to the effect that the deal is dead rather than airing their dirty laundry on this forum? Sure KPC doesn't have the money however it certainly doesn't mean they can't get it and Madam certainly has the contacts for access! If ASX had an issue and after reviewing all the correspondence if thought there was something to answer to they would of issued a please explain letter...now I havn't seen one as yet and its been a while since all these posts came to light on the subject...fact is Satimola has been given millions to stay afloat if you are dealing with someone else and the KPC deal is dead then publicly say it!!
