DYOR - but im buying more...wont get this $3'XX opportunity for much longer....mid to high $4 medium and yes, ill stick with it, $8 long term. When debt no longer constrains our cashflow, divis will rise exponentially - look at the cost of the 5 identified core assets, much lower than the current group total (and falling), so when debt is wiped through non core sales, it will be a cashcow at much lower POO levels....with much lower debt constraint...

ticks all my boxes....long term for me.
