Oil price seems pretty stable, if it sticks at this level for the next 12 months or so then they would have another $500m of cash with which to pay down $3,150m in net debt.
Unless there is another substantial decline in oil a Capital Raising doesn't seem likely. More likely the opposite will happen and relative to say $1bn of free cash flow with $70 U.S. Brent Crude the remaining debt is chump change.
