They need 2 things for revaluation. First is rise in Oil prices from the current levels & secondly increase in Production from the current levels. Next cab off the rank will b Barossa which is still a few years away. So without these two events happening right away most analysts will stick to valuing based on the guidelines.
As an example from the Iron ore sector given the dramas with the Vale mine in Brazil, Iron ore spot prices have skyrocketed which is reflected in FMG's SP. One needs a left field event for POO to start moving upwards.
