Just two off the top of my head 1. Trump and China don't reach a deal and Trunp increases tarrifs after all. Or they have a major falling out and the whole market is crashed. 2. A sudden unexpected change in Government in Botswana and clamps put on mine development, maybe they want a square one environmental analysis to start again. Losing access to the farms, or installing huge taxes on mines. Or even just current government knocking back a mining permit for some reason. It is not likely but is a scenario that could strip value from MOD.
Mine and DFS wise I feel like we would know if there were any major processing problems by now. So my main risk factors are things outside MOD's control.
Maybe down the line if T3 value is priced in, but an exploration program just turns up dusters over and over, speculators could exit.
