The in-country and specialist exploration knowledge now come mainly with the established local staff. JVR lives in London and Julian in Perth.
The management team and geos have been set up to be independent which ofc makes selling the project far easier. There may well be a hand over period by MOD for a seamless transfer of control, but exploration wise I'm sure SFR could just as easily work with MTR's Terry Grammer plus the existing Botswana team as with anyone from MOD. All speculation ofc but I see many possible variations of outcome here.
