Shared Risk.
There's still alot to explore.
Why take out when you can earn out.
Sure they share the exploration upside but also to bear the risk.
Some shareholders might view that as a decent hedge.
MTR have a large group of solid investors..
Some with deep pockets
Some with great contacts.
Others are the contacts.
That's a lot to jettison.
