I don't know otherwise but the discovery was a massive stroke of luck from memory and its attempt at both MOD & ADT appear clumsy. ie. not decisive and not early enough once they recognised the potential in both Bosnia & Botswana. But they certainly need to do something with their "over-inflated scrip" as RoyE put it. I think ADT is beyond SFR's scope already & MOD should hurry up with its drilling to similarly escape an opportunistic bid. The outlook is excellent.
