Question: Can anyone with solid experience please explain how an individual with a high end budget could get their hands on such large quantities of shares ? (like the instos seem able to) All the insto trades seem off market and never tend to effect the share price on the day.....but if one of us with a thick wallet wanted a few millions shares, we would likely have to buy on market which would push the price up.

It's just a question I've been thinking about, please keep negative shout downs to a minimum.
