They've made it very clear that they want to acquire MOD but can they offer a price that the experienced mix of shareholders can't refuse?
They would do well to wait to make any revised offer until further drill results and DFS are out. As I said, I'm sure other suitors are.
Meanwhile, if the sp drops, MTR and others may well want to take advantage.
