ERG cannot repay any loans to Duncan Saville by 23 December 2007.
That means if ERG shareholders vote against the proposed Ingot Loan Restructure (Resolution 6) and the extention of the Exercise Date to Saville's options (Resolution 7), ERG will go 'belly up'.
There is an old stockmarket saying: "Follow the Smart Money!!!".
If Saville's investment is considered "smart" what would you do?
