I know there is no guarantee in anything, but WHA is already well down the track with the process and they have the right partners. They have also had other products go through the process as opposed to just infant formula. In other words, they have a track record in dealing with the Chinese and getting approvals.
The current stock price looks like impatience and timing. As i said, i don't sweat the SAMR myself. It will be interesting to see how the stock reacts once its done. By the way, it could come this week or in a months time for we know. I think the funds will take all the stock from the retail end when the times right but the easy money has been made imo. $2.80 was something else. If the market thinks WHA can make the sorts of sales they are talking about,(after the samr) the stock will look after itself. They did raise over $70m at $1.25 when the stock only listed 18months earlier at 20c. Pure growth/ risk company on those metrics.
