I don’t think the SAMR is in any doubt myself. This is a process like all of these permits. It takes time and markets lack patience. The forthcoming samr was well factored in at higher prices and we have since settled right down.
The real interesting thing to me will be how the market reacts when it finally hits. How much is in the price, how many people are now just wanting to exit or break even. This will take some solid buying from funds to soak the stock up. I also think it’s possible that WHA may have some more contracts ready to go on the approval. This might help jolly things along as well. WHA can deliver product during the building of the milk processing plant construction phase, so the stock is starting to look more like a buy than a sell down here. Good luck. Dyor.
