My reasoning that it should clear the $1.70 resistance before the announcement is that fundamentally it has transformed to a much stronger company than before the CR with its CBDG Joint Venture. The next resistance is $2.40 and so $2.20 (where it was before the CR) seems like a good mid-range price.
