everything you stated is correct and on the old pythagoras therum everyone should take up the offer but its human nature to see SP at 4.3c and think, what a garbage stock.
thats what the underwriters are counting on, artificially forced down to this level to create a lack of interest in the raising, underwriters get all the stock, then surprise surprise, SP will be artificially pumped, in other words, the big boys will make money as usual at the small guys expense,imho only.
suppose it all depends on what the new round of drilling finds in the coming months as to whether this will be a pump and dump scenario or whether Orion actually are sitting on something worthwhile.
