Well well well,what's new......does the China MOU really exist?
Or is it a front for raising more dough.
Am i being negative in thinking we may get an ann
out one day that says the MOU's down the gurgler,that the other parties...blah blah,didn'tget their act together.

And any figures from Vietnam...just asking....
